A “concept review” meeting was held on March 17, 2009regarding the
following:
 
A request by Jamie Jeffries (agent), on behalf of Highlands Properties,
Co. (owner) to revise the Highlands Phase 8 PUD Plan, vacate Stonehaven
Road right-of-way, and replat Lots 827 & 828 of the Highlands Plat 8-D,
located ¼ mile southwest of the Forum Boulevard/Old Plank Road
intersection (Case 09-22)
