Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. for a four-lot, final minor
subdivision to be known as Heritage Commons, located 100 feet south of
the intersection of Muirfield Drive and Royal Heritage Drive, containing
approximately 3.38 acres. This item was tabled at the December 9, 2010
meeting.
