You are invited to a public information meeting on Tuesday, July 13,
2010 new City Hall building, 701 East Broadway, Meeting Room 1A,
starting at 5:30 p.m. on the following proposal:
 
A request by Richard Bock (agent), on behalf of Tom Kardon (owner) to
rezone 0.43 acre of land from R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family
Dwelling) to C-P (Planned Business), and amending the Kardon C-P Plan to
include the property to be rezoned.  The subject site is located on the
southeast corner of Coats Streetand North Boulevard. (Case # 10-43)

A request by Mark Nichols & Patra Mierzwa (owners) to rezone 0.6 acre
of land from R-1 (One-family Dwelling) to C-P (Planned Business),
located on the southwest corner of Broadway and West Boulevard
(addressed 1000, 1002, & 1004 W. Broadway; & 3 West Blvd S.) (Case
10-65) Planner assigned to case: Steve MacIntyre
