A request by Richard Bock (agent), on behalf of Tom Kardon (owner) to
rezone 0.43 acre of land from R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family
Dwelling) to C-P (Planned Business), and amending the Kardon C-P Plan to
include the property to be rezoned.  The subject site is located on the
southeast corner of Coats Streetand North Boulevard. (Case # 10-43)

development plan known as “Pride Soccer Park C-P Development Plan.”  The
subject site is located on 48 acres of land north of Brown School Road,
