A request by Tim Crockett, engineering consultant for Widel Realty Company, LLC, for a proposed rezoning from R-1 to O-P and O-P development plan. The 0.9-acre property is located at the southwest corner of W. Broadway and Stadium Boulevard. (Case 10-47)
