a. 4:55 – light refreshments/5:05 – call meeting to order
II. Approval of minutes – August 4, 2011 - if submitted in time for

III. Purpose of the meeting
a. The main purpose of tonight’s meeting is for the seven working
groups to complete a draft of their elevator speeches on the existing
conditions information for the next series of public meetings, and
finalize the process we will use for completing our work.
