on behalf of GRD Properties (owner) for approval of a one-lot, final
minor subdivision to be known as “GRD Subdivision.” The property is
located at 1710 and 1716 I-70 Drive SW and 907 Spencer Avenue.

approximately 22.50 acres from R-1, R-2, R-3 (single-family, two-family,
and medium density multiple-family residential) and O-1 (office)
districts to PUD 17 (planned residential up to 17 dwelling units/acre)
and C-P (planned business). The property is located at the southeast
corner of Nifong Boulevard and Bethel Street. This item was tabled and
the June, 9, 2011 meeting. A request to table this item until the August
4, 2011 meeting has been received.

side of Woodard Drive, approximately 200 feet south of Amron Court.
