a.    The main purpose of tonight’s meeting is to break into our seven
working groups so that we can review the Planning Department’s existing
conditions information in preparation for the next series of public
meetings, and strategize (as a working group) the process we will use
for completing our work.  (Refer to document links sent out prior to the
meeting.)
