A request by McGrath Family Trust and JQB Construction for approval of
a 220-lot preliminary plat to be known as “Creeks Edge,” containing
approximately 158-acres located west of Scott Boulevard immediately
north of the Thornbrook Subdivision and is addressed as 4701 Scott
Boulevard. This application includes requests for variances to Section
25-47(a) and Section 25-48(a) of the Subdivision Regualtions. A request
to table this item until September 22, 2011 meeting has been received.

A request by Columbia Public Schools (owner) for approval of a two-lot,
final minor plat to be known as “West Subdivision”. The 17.41-acre
property is located at the southwest corner of Worley Street and
Clinkscales Drive on the site of West Jr. High School and the CPS
administration building.

A request by the City of Columbia for a two-lot subdivision of A-1
zoned land comprising Bonnie View Nature Sanctuary Subdivision. The
88-acre subject site is located on both sides of Rollins Road, generally
west of Fairview Park and Fairview Elementary School. The application
includes a request for variance from Section 25-47(b), which requires
turnarounds to be installed at the termini of Cunningham Road, Weaver
Drive, and an unnamed street, which stub into the subject site.

A request by Jeffery E. Smith Investment Company to rezone

is located at the southeast corner of Nifong Boulevard and Bethel
Street.
