I. Call to Order
a. 4:55 – light refreshments/5:05 – call meeting to order
II. Approval of minutes – July 21, 2011 to be distributed on Monday,
August 1st
III. Purpose of the meeting
a. The main purpose of tonight’s meeting is to break into our seven
working groups so that we can review the Planning Department’s existing
conditions information in preparation for the next series of public
meetings, and finalize the process we will use for completing our work.
IV. Planning & Zoning Commission Report – David Brodsky
V. Planning Director – Tim Teddy
a. Update on narratives of existing conditions reports for review
b. Staff comments for work groups 


VI. Break into work groups – Steve Jeanetta/Larry Dickerson –
additional instructions, if needed
a. Work group "elevator speech" instructions and example - in prep for
September Public Meeting
b. Each work group to select member to deliver the presentation
