1-lot final minor plat, to be known as “Begley Subdivision, Plat 2” as
well as the vacation of the rights-of-way for Vanwood Way and a portion
of Vandiver Drive located in the northwest corner of the property. The
property is located at the southeast corner of Rangeline Street and
Vandiver Drive.

located on the east side of Creasy Springs Road north of W. Prairie Lane
and south of Blue Ridge Road, extended, and is addressed as 3624 Creasy
Springs Road.

Street.   This item was tabled at the May 19, 2011 meeting and the
application has been modified to reduce the area requested for rezoning.

A request by Thomas & Pamela Kardon (owners) to rezone a 0.43 acre of
land from R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling) to C-P (Planned
Business), and approve a major amendment to the existing “Kardon C-P
Plan” to incorporate the land to be rezoned and create a common
statement of intent and design parameters for the entire 1.11-acre plan
area. The subject site is located on the southeast corner of Coats
Street and North Boulevard and includes Lots 10 and 11 of J.C. Conley’s
Addition (addressed as 1200 and 1206 Coats Street and 808 North
Boulevard.
