of Vandiver Drive located in the northwest corner of the property. The
property is located at the southeast corner of Rangeline Street and

statement of intent and design parameters for the entire 1.11-acre plan
area. The subject site is located on the southeast corner of Coats
Street and North Boulevard and includes Lots 10 and 11 of J.C. Conley’s
Addition (addressed as 1200 and 1206 Coats Street and 808 North
Boulevard.
