*A request by Lutheran Senior Services for approval of a variance from
Section 24-35 of the City Code and Council Policy Resolution 48-06A
relating to the construction of sidewalks along arterial and collector
street frontages and unimproved streets.  The subject site is the location
of the Lenoir Woods Retirement Center which is currently under
redevelopment and located southeast of the US 63/New Haven interchange and
