[regionalpark-l] Public Meeting on Tuesday for New SE Regional Park

Reminder: The first of the two public meetings to be held for the planning of the new SE regional park is tomorrow (Tuesday, September 15) from 6-8pm at the ARC. See announcement below. We hope to see you there!

The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department will host two public park
planning meetings for the new southeast regional park, comprised of the
Gans Creek Recreation Area and A. Perry Philips Park. 
 
Meetings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15 and on
Wednesday, September 23 at the ARC, 1701 W. Ash.
 
Park planners have developed a proposed master plan for the park based
on citizen input received from previous regional park planning meetings
and public surveys.  Both meetings will offer the same information and
opportunity for residents to view the proposed plan and offer comments.
The proposed park master plan can be viewed on the Parks and Recreation
web site at  http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/ParksandRec/Parks/Crane/reg_park_planning.php
