Street repair project

COLUMBIA, MO (May 20, 2004) -- The Public Works Department announced
that the Street Division will patch failed surface areas on the bridge
over Hinkson Creek on East Broadway, east of Highway 63. The work will
begin Thursday, May 27, at 12 a.m., weather permitting, and should be
completed on Thursday, May 27, at 8 a.m. Traffic will be restricted to
one lane during working hours.

Care should be exercised in the work area and, if possible, alternate
routes should be used. Anyone having questions related to the work
planned should call the Street Division at 874-6289.
