Green Meadows rezoning request will be continued

	(COLUMBIA, MO) - Because at least one City Council member will
be absent from the Sept. 7 meeting and there is a possibility that
another member may not be in Council meeting attendance for the Green
Meadows rezoning request, the applicant has asked the matter to be
continued. At the request of the mayor, City Manager Raymond Beck has
polled the Council and determined that a majority feels the matter
should be continued. The continued date will be determined at the Sept.
7 City Council meeting.
