January Older American Klub & 50+ programs

COLUMBIA, MO (December 20, 2005) -- The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department and the Older American Klub offers many programs for those 50 and older. Join the fun at Parkade Center, 601 Business Loop 70W, Ste 216B for music, dance, crafts and more. 

Celebrate National Pie Day
Bring a pie to share and we'll provide the ice cream! Or, if you can't bring a pie, just come and share the fun! Reservations are required*.please call 874-7475.

Friday, Jan. 6, 11:30 a.m., 50 cents

Jamm and Dance Session
Friday, Jan. 13, 7-10 p.m., free

Snowflake Dance
Friday, Jan. 20, 7-10 p.m. $3

Pool Tournament
Friday, Jan. 27, 12:30 p.m., $1

Daily Activities
Coffee & Gab: 1st and 3rd Tuesday, 9 a.m.
Painting: Mondays, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Ceramics: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Wednesdays, 5:30-9:30 p.m.
Crafts: Fridays, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Bingo: Tuesdays, 2 p.m.
Pool: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
OAK Jammers/Goldenaires: Wednesdays, 1-3 p.m.
Choir: 1st and 3rd Tuesday, 10-11 a.m.
Bell Choir: Mondays, 2:30-3:30 p.m. 
Variety Band: 2nd and 4th Thursday, 10-11 a.m.
Rhythm Band: 2nd and 4th Thursday, 2-3 p.m.
Ukelele: 1st and 3rd Wednesday, 10-11 a.m.
