Painting scheduled
COLUMBIA, MO (September 29, 2005) -- The Public Works Department
announces the Traffic Division will be re-striping pavement markings
(weather permitting). The following streets will be re-painted beginning
Friday, September 30 and continue through Friday, October 7:  Old
Highway 63, Conley Rd., Nifong Blvd., Worley St., West Blvd., Scott
Blvd., Brown Station Rd. and various other streets.

Striping will begin at 12:00 a.m. each day.  Motorists encountering the
paint striping equipment should avoid crossing freshly painted lines and
use an alternative route whenever possible. Anyone having questions
related to the maintenance work planned should contact the Traffic
Division at 874-6292.
