Street repair scheduled
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced that the Street Division will repair two Water Department
service cuts in the parking area on Broadway between 7th Street and 8th
Street. Work will begin Thursday, May 18, at 8 a.m. and should be
completed Friday, May 19, by 4:30 p.m., weather permitting. The repair
work on Broadway will require the temporary removal of five to six
parking spaces in front of City Hall and Boone County Bank. Intermittent
lane restrictions may also occur during this time.
	Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution
when driving through the work area and use alternate routes when
possible. Anyone having questions related to the work planned should
call the Street Division at (573) 874-6289.
