Bridge work on Chapel Hill Road
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces that on
Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 8 p.m., Emery Sapp & Sons will pour the deck for
the new bridge on Chapel Hill Road, just west of Scott Boulevard. This
work will be done throughout the evening hours. Residents in the area
should expect some noise during the evening due to this project. Because
this work has to be completed in a continuous pour, the work will be
completed during the evening when the temperatures are cooler. Cooler
temperatures are more desirable when pouring this type of structure.
This work is expected to be completed by the next morning, weather
permitting.
	The new portion of Chapel Hill Road is expected to be completed
later this fall. Any questions about this project should be directed to
