Upper levels of some city garages still ice-covered
(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announces that the upper levels of the Sixth and Cherry and 10th and
Cherry parking garages are still ice-covered. Cones have been placed
across the approaches to the upper level, and therefore, the city is
honoring uncovered parking permits in the covered spaces on the lower
levels.
With the current weather forecast, it is anticipated this will
remain for the remainder of the week. Parking is still permitted on the
upper uncovered level, but should be done with caution. For questions or
concerns about the city parking garages, please call the Public Works
Department at 874-7250.
