Rubbish fire causes school evacuation in northeast Columbia follow-up
COLUMBIA, MO (January 24, 2008) - The fire at 4000 Derby Ridge Drive
(Derby Ridge Elementary) has been ruled incendiary (or intentional) and
remains under investigation at this time. Derby Ridge administrators are
working with the Columbia Fire Department during the ongoing
investigation. No structural damage occurred to the restroom or the
trash can (that had the rubbish in it) and no one was injured during
this incident.
