Chip sealing city streets		
						
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announces that from Monday, Sept. 8, at 7 a.m., through Friday, Sept.
12, at 3:30 p.m. the Street Division will perform chip seal maintenance
on the following streets: Keene Court from Keene Street to west end;
Aden Wood Court from north end to Maple Leaf Drive; Garth from Business
Loop to end of pavement; Big Bear Boulevard from east end to Range Line
Street; Eastwood Drive from Clark Lane to Sylvan Lane; Fair Lane from
Rice Road to south end; Alan Lane from McKee Street to Boyd Lane;
Daffodil Street from Creve Coeur Drive to Thornwood Drive; Arapahoe
Place north end to Aztec Boulevard; Deer Run from Love Joy to Blue
Ridge; Green Ridge from Blue Ridge to Brown Station and Alton from
Eighth Street to Seventh Street.
	This work will result in temporary lane restrictions on the
streets listed above.
The work should be completed and the street fully reopened each day,
weather permitting. Parking on the street will be restricted during this
period. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution
when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever
possible.
