Sewer work on North Seventh Street and North Eighth Street between
Broadway and Walnut streets	
							
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - On Sept. 29-30, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (weather
permitting), contractors working for the city will install a
cured-in-place-pipe liner in the sanitary sewer main located in the
alley north of City Hall.  
	North Eighth Street will be closed to through traffic during
this time. Access to adjacent businesses will remain open from Broadway
or from Walnut. Traffic on North Seventh Street will be restricted and
the street may also be temporarily closed while the work is being done. 

	Motorists are urged to exercise extreme caution when driving
near the work area and use alternate routes when possible. Anyone having
questions related to the planned work should call the Sewer Utility at
(573) 874-6287.
