Sewer District 159 South Route K Project and Sewer District 162 Valley
View Road Project public hearings
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces the
following public hearings to be held Tuesday, Jan. 20, during the
regularly scheduled City Council meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, fourth floor of the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E.
Broadway.  
	Sewer District 159 South Route K Project - The proposed project
includes constructing approximately 750 linear feet of sanitary sewer on
four parcels of land currently served by on-site wastewater disposal
systems. Estimate construction cost to extend public sewers to all four
lots in the sewer district is $65,000. This project will be funded from
tax bills levied against the properties within the sewer district. 
	Sewer District 162 Valley View Road Project - The proposed
project includes providing public sewer to nine lots in the sewer
district. Total cost is estimated to be $74,000, which is funded by the
Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund.
