Intersection repairs at Murfreesboro and Freeport Way

COLUMBIA, MO (July 5, 2011) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department announces that today, July 5, street maintenance crews began concrete street repairs at the intersection of Murfreesboro and Freeport Way. This work has resulted in the closure of the intersection. Work is ongoing and the intersection should be partially open to thru-traffic on Thursday, July 7, weather permitting. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the area and will need to use an alternate route.
