Public Input Sought – Where are we headed?

COLUMBIA, MO (April 23, 2012) - Columbia Imagined, the new "Plan for How We Live & Grow," is in its fourth phase. In this phase, the city is asking citizens to help develop goals and objectives based upon what we, as a community, value, and to share thoughts on the best way for Columbia to grow and develop in the future.

With more input from people and organizations across the city, the plan will better reflect the community's vision for how the city should proceed over the next 20 years.

Make sure your voice is heard! Input can be given in several ways:

*Take the survey online at: www.surveymonkey.com/s/COMOphase4 or fill it out in person at one of the convenient drop box locations throughout the city (City Hall, Columbia Mall, Boone County Roger Wilson Government Center, the ARC, Daniel Boone Library, Wabash Station or Memorial Union).

*Stay in the loop through email, the Web, Twitter or Facebook:

*May 14 - City Hall (1A/1B, 701 E. Broadway) 6-8 p.m. 

*Issue Areas: Recreation; Downtown; Community Participatio

*May 15 - City Hall (1A/1B, 701 E. Broadway) 6-8 p.m. 

*Issue Areas: Health Care; Managing Change; Use of Space
