Rangeline Street between Business Loop 70 and Wilkes to again close to southbound traffic

COLUMBIA, MO (August 16, 2013) - Beginning Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23, Rangeline Street between Business Loop 70 and Wilkes will be closed to southbound traffic. Northbound traffic should expect lane restrictions and intermittent delays. In addition, North 8th St between North Blvd and Rangline St will be closed to northbound traffic.

As part of the traffic control for this project, the southbound straight lane of Rangeline St north of the Business Loop beginning at Lakeview will be closed.

Motorist needing to travel south from the Business Loop may use North 8th St to Wilkes or to Rogers.

The closure is part of the water main replacement project by Columbia Water and Light and will allows crews to complete the project and install new sidewalks to replace sidewalks which were removed.

The length of the project is weather dependent. Rangeline is scheduled to fully reopen by Friday, August 23 at 5:00 PM.
