Work will result in closure of Orr St. between East Walnut and East Ash the week of July 15

COLUMBIA, MO (July 10, 2013) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Monday, July 15, at 7:00 a.m., Trittenbach Construction will begin work to cap an existing sanitary sewer service, install new sanitary sewer service, and install a new storm sewer system for a proposed apartment project located at 1101 E. Walnut St.  This work will result in a road closure on Orr Street between E. Walnut St. and E. Ash St.  The work should be completed and the road fully reopened by Friday, July 19, 2013, by 5:00p.m. 

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
