Broadway and College Sidwalks to close in phases  beginning Wednesday, July 24

COLUMBIA, MO (July 19, 2013) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced that beginning Wednesday, July 24, Grove Construction will begin work remodeling the pedestrian bridges for Stephen's College at the intersection of College Avenue and Broadway.  This work will result in sidewalk closures along College Avenue and Broadway at various phases; at no time will all sidewalks be closed.  The work should be completed and all sidewalks fully reopened by Tuesday, September 10, 2013, by 4:30 p.m. 

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
