COLUMBIA, MO (January 9, 2014) - Fourth Ward Councilman Ian Thomas will hold Constituent Conversations at Dunn Brothers Coffee from 2-4 p.m. on Saturdays Jan. 11, Jan. 18 and Jan. 25.  All are welcome. Appointments are not needed.
