Shots Fired Boyd Lane
COLUMBIA, MO (October 6, 2014) - SHOTS FIRED BOYD LANE
On 10/6/14 at 4:41 P.M., officers were dispatched to the1600 block of Boyd Lane, in reference to shots fired.
The investigation revealed a witness observed a dark colored vehicle occupied by two black males and a white female driving through the area. The witness heard a gunshot near the 1800 block of Boyd Lane where the dark vehicle had traveled past prior to approaching the witness. The dark colored vehicle stopped next to the witness and the black male passenger pointed a gun at the witness. The vehicle continued southbound when the witness/victim heard two more shots fired.
Officers arrived on scene and located one shell casing in the roadway in front of 1515 Boyd Lane. The witness/victim was not injured and the investigation is ongoing. The only suspect information at this time is a dark colored vehicle occupied by two black males and a white female.
