Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day
COLUMBIA, MO (September 25, 2015) - Come ride with us! Columbia’s free, local event is an opportunity for parents to share the joy of off-road cycling with their families. Kids, ages 9-14, and their parents will be introduced to the ABC Quick Check, off-road riding skills, and rules of the trail. The event will include a guided trail riding, mini skills clinic and instruction on the Jay Dix Bike Skills Course. T-shirts will be available for the first 50 participants.
Participants are required to have a bicycle (fat, knobby tires preferred) in good working condition, helmet and closed-toed shoes. Cycling gloves are suggested. Registration is not required.
