DRIVER 1:                   Amy McGoveran

                                                                        Age: 35

                                                                        Injured: None

                                                                        Seatbelt use: Yes

                                                                        Alcohol/Drug use: No

 

DRIVER 2:                        Robert Lynn

                                                                        Columbia, MO            

                                                                        Age: 62

                                                                        Injured: Serious

                                                                        Helmet use: Yes

                                                                        Alcohol/Drug use: Unknown/Pending investigation

 

INCIDENT DETAILS:

 

                       The crash occurred as vehicle #1, a silver 2007 Pontiac G6, was traveling eastbound on Business Loop 70 near Seventh Street making a left turn to travel north into a private parking lot. Vehicle #2, a red 2015 Indian motorcycle, was traveling westbound on Business Loop 70 in the inside lane of traffic. Vehicle #1 pulled in front of vehicle #2 causing vehicle #2 to crash into vehicle #1. Driver of vehicle #2 was ejected off his motorcycle. Driver 2 was transported to a local hospital for serious injuries. 

 The investigation is ongoing.
